The whole experience, from the sale to installation, was awesome. The product (Infinity), costs, and process were each explained thoroughly. The entire Fettig staff and crew were professional and delivered what they promised. They showed up at the house when they said they would be and kept the work area clean. They were professional, yet personable. You could tell that they cared about quality service by their attention to the small details. They love the military and expressed their thankfulness for our service several times. We will definitely use them again to replace other windows.

The Fettig Millwork crew did an awesome and thorough job on installing two brand new exterior doors. Brian even came by half-way through the process to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. He then followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I will have more work for them in the future. I talked to several other local door contractors. Two did not respond, one was a few days later, and one was a week later. Brian stopped by to measure the same day I contacted him!

Brian came to give us an estimate in a timely manner. He listened and responded to the needs we had as pertains to windows. Brian supplied us with an estimate quickly and stayed within its peramiters throughout the job. The timeline of the work was within the time Brian had said it would be, so the job was finished in a timely manner. His crew was knowledgeable and courteous and let us know when they would be coming and going. The windows look and work as we had requested, so we are enjoying their decorative quality and their functionality. He offered us Infinity Marvin windows, we had long viewed Marvin windows as quality so that also effected our choice of Fettig Millwork and Windows.

We can't say enough good things about the windows Brian and his crew installed in our Bismarck house. They look terrific, the craftsmanship and attention to detail is superb, and the windows have made a big difference in the comfort and noise levels in the house.
